This new mommy was my first maternity session…I was so lucky that she trusted me to capture her pregnancy, and even luckier when she brought me in to her home to photograph her new baby boy. As soon as I saw his nursery, I was in complete awe. They had decorated it so well! It had a great color scheme, and unique touches…it was so cute it made me want another baby just to decorate a nursery again!
This shoot brought on another first…my first pee-pee 
I had been lucky that I hadn’t any any newborns go potty on any of my blankets. I shouldn’t have mentioned it, because sure enough, as soon as he was diaperless and laying on the warm blanket, he let go. No worries though!
There are many more to come, but here is a sneak peek. I had to edit the photographs with the dogs first actually. They were the last ones I shot, almost an afterthought. We weren’t sure how it would go, but I must say, it makes a nice portrait of all the “kids” in the I Family.
