I decided to put on my creative cap and play around with some of my Spring Flower images. I got a macro lens (yes, the kind that lets you get REEEEAAALLY close) a few years ago. It is great for those close up of newborns too! But all in all, it is a great fun lens to have and mess around with. Another great reason to love spring…many macro opportunities in the garden! Before I moved to Savannah, it would have been at least two months before I could do this kind of photography…have I mentioned I love living here? :)
These aren’t the usual bright, cheerful spring flowers you are thinking of…after a bit of playing, they are a bit moodier, darker.

JILL - I always love the opportunity to see the world through your eyes! These are beautiful!
Danielle Neil {New Albany Ohio Photographer} - Beautiful images. I think we’re all ready for warmer weather!!
Christie - Ummm. More please! You inspire me with these beauties! If only it weren’t blowing Chicago style winds today. I’d totally be out there trying to emmulate you!
Heather - I adore your work…was wondering if you would consider signing up to do this (http://www.littlestheroesproject.org/)? There are currently no photographers in our area to take pictures of kids with special medical needs, and we sure do need it!
Thanks for your consideration.
