I knew when I met this sweet face, I would fall in love with our portraits.
And I did.
The gorgeous light.
The beautiful fall color.
The adorable smile.
We met up at Independence Grove for our session, and it couldn’t have been better.
This session was a close call….we got underway and had to work fast.
Just as we were finishing up the rain started to fall. We dashed into the Forsyth Park Cafe to wait it out.
Luckily, we were able to get some adorable shots before the rain came.

I can’t believe it has been over 18 months since I started photographing this gorgeous little one and her parents. She had those hints of red when she was a newborn, but look at those red curls now!
I hooked up with the A Family and while I was in town in Savannah for some holiday portraits.
It was a crazy week, filled with chances of rain. I had managed to avoid the rain for most of my sessions, but right before their session, the skies just emptied on Savannah. As I was huddled in the River Street Marketplace to stay dry, this family was headed in from Statesboro. We lucked out, as they arrived the rain ended and we had some clear skies to shoot under.
Isn’t she ADORABLE!!!! I love red hair. I dyed my hair red for 11 years….just recently letting it go back to it’s natural blonde. I miss my red. It’s true what they say….red heads do have more fun.
