Yeah! With warmer weather and Miss K sitting up, we got to take our next session on the road!
We headed over to Bonner Farm and got a chance to see Miss K show her sitting up skills. She did fantastic, and I love seeing this family grow.

It is my favorite series to photograph for Make It Better, their annual Makeover Edition!
I get to meet some great ladies who are getting a fantastic makeover in various areas of their life.
Last year I met two women, one who got a hair and make up makeover, and another who was getting a wardrobe makeover.
This year they expanded it to include an organization, fitness, career, and nutrition makeover as well.
Check out September edition of Make It Better at Issue!
You will see a variety of my images in the makeover section, as well as another article on Green Homes along the North Shore!
Here is a small look, check out the magazine for more.

Such a great concept! Beautiful images, Britt.
How cool!! What a fun project to be a part of! Sounds like it is totally inspiring and motivating – great captures
wow these are so great!
I recently joined in on a Fine Art group that showcases a piece of Fine Art photography.
I spend so much of my efforts showcasing my awesome clients, but I also like to dabble in some Fine Art Photography as well.
So on the 4th Friday of each month I will post a piece of my Fine Art work.
Just a little something to show you more of who I am.
This first piece is from a trip I took to New Orleans for a Photography Workshop a couple years ago.
This guy was a random guy on the street….and joined in on some shoots with a model we brought along.
After everyone was done, he sat on the steps with his cigarette, his beer and his snake. I stuck to him, drawn to him for some reason.

Make sure you check out the rest of the Fine Art group and their amazing work!

So interesting. I’m really drawn into this image. And can I say, um, just a random guy on the street carrying arid a giant snake? haha. Only in NOLA.
Wow, so great, Britt. Love the black and white on it. Only in New Orleans would you see a guy sitting with his snake wrapped around his neck…
Ack, I didn’t even SEE the snake! Are those tattoos down his face?
FLAWLESS
Yes, those are tattoos Laura! He was hilarious…there were a few characters hanging around, but he was the most interesting :)
Wow! LOVE the black and white. What a great subject and so normal for New Orleans.
This is awesome Britt! The conversion is flawless and what an interesting character.
Great photo. Really striking! How random that some guy was just carrying around a snake…… Or does that happen a lot in New Orleans?!?
Such a striking image, Britt! The processing is amazing, too!
Wow, what an interesting character, I bet he has some good stories. This is a great image-love the processing & lighting.
Wondering where I have been? Well, I have been super busy with seniors!!!
That’s right, the Class of 2013 is representing, so make sure you head over to Britt Anderson Seniors and get a taste of what I have been up to.

It’s official.
As of today….
My baby is in First Grade.
And it is officially time to say goodbye to Savannah.
Both events happening on the same day….both events bring me happiness as well as sadness.
Happy my little girl is growing into such a beautiful and intelligent young lady.
Happy my house has finally sold.
Sad my little girl is growing up TOO fast.
Sad I don’t know when I will be back in Savannah.
Happy Annika loves school and was excited to go this morning.
Happy I am not paying a mortgage on a house I don’t get to enjoy.
Sad Annika will be away from me more than with me.
Sad I will have to say, “Sorry, I won’t be in town that weekend” to my clients in Savannah.
Of course there had to be a picture…actually Annika made sure to remind me that I had to take a picture…that doesn’t happen very often.
