Family Reunion {Hilton Head Family Photographer}

We all know how it goes as kids grow up, start having families of their own…they tend to spread out all over the place. My husband and I were the first to move away when we came to Savannah, leaving everyone behind in Illinois. But it happens with families all over, and this family was no exception.

With children all over the country, they knew that getting everyone together at the same time doesn’t happen very often, and when it does, new portraits are in order! With 18 people to coordinate, 7 of them being kids 6 and under! I knew I had my work cut out for me. Luckily my good friend Betty came along with me to help wrangle everyone up…and dance around to get some smiles.

We were scheduled to head to the beach, Hilton Head is famous for them, and the beaches at Palmetto Dunes are some of the best! However, after carefully reconsideration, the parents decided staying close to the house was a better idea. So we made our way to the golf course behind the house and found some beautiful greenery as a background.
